Windshield wiper blades

Aero Clip: The new wiper blade adapter with its improved aerodynamic design reduces the uplift force that would otherwise cause the wiper to lift off the windshield due to the airstream around the adapter. An improved spoiler and end cap geometry generates additional downforce, which has a positive effect on wiping performance, even at high speeds. This furthermore enables a reduction in the nominal contact force of the wiper blade, which has a positive effect on wear and wiper blade reversal noise. The benefits of the reduced contact force are further enhanced by a specially developed wiper blade profile.

Cross-linked coating: The patented plastic particle coating ensures high abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of friction throughout the service life of the wiper blade. This base layer has now been combined with a cross-linked coating containing graphite and micro PTFE (Teflon). This results in a more constant level of friction and prevents squeaking sounds from sporadically occurring.
